The quiz and content on this site are educational. They are not a diagnosis, not therapy, and do not create a therapist-client relationship. That only begins once you and Joshua Alston, LMFT agree to start services. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
Please give accurate information when you fill out the quiz or book a call, and use the site only for lawful purposes. You must be 18 or older to use this site.
Program: Alston Marriage & Family Therapy client messages, sent by Alston Therapy LLC.
How you join: by ticking the optional SMS consent box on our quiz form and submitting it. Consent is not a condition of booking a call or buying any service.
What we send: your quiz results, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups about your inquiry. We do not send messages unrelated to your inquiry.
Frequency: message frequency varies based on your inquiry and appointment activity.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed and we will not text you again unless you opt in again.
